Is it possible to go in a different county to get your license? ?

I live-in Memphis tn, but my mother lives in Savannah tn and all the road tests dates are unavailable until august, and I need my license this week! So if I drive to savannah with my paper work could I still take my road test since it's still in Tennessee?
