What kind of poem is this? Free Verse or Sonnet? ?

Free verse. A sonnet has a specific meter and every other line rhymes...at least in elizabethan sonnets. It would also have a couplet at the end if it were a sonnet. Either way, this is definitely free verse because it has little to no "structure" or consistancy.
